Main tasks
- strengthening cooperation on customs and tax issues, including the exchange of experience and best practices in the field of tax administration;
- development of measures to intensify cooperation between the BRICS countries in the field of economics, trade, investment, industrial production, statistics, antimonopoly regulation, consumer protection, improvement of dispute resolution mechanisms and state audit;
- countering the fragmentation of the multilateral trading system and the growth of protectionism, adapting the global trading system to threats related to the consequences of global crises;
