To the Graduates of the BRICS International School
Dear colleagues and friends,
On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the BRICS International School: New Generation (Moscow, 26-28 October 2026) I would like to extend my warm congratulations to all of you and to the team of the BRICS Expert Council – Russia, whose consistent efforts have been instrumental in the development of this initiative.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation highly values the contribution of the BRICS International School to strengthening mutual understanding and fostering a community committed to dialogue and cooperation. Over the past ten years, the School has established itself as a valuable platform for bringing together young people from BRICS and like-minded countries, building lasting personal connections. It is particularly encouraging to see how this project has grown and gained wide recognition, making a meaningful contribution to the people-to-people dimension in BRICS.
As we mark the twentieth anniversary of BRICS, the importance of such initiatives is especially clear. Our strategic partnership has expanded considerably, developing practical cooperation in all three core pillars – policy and security, economy and finance, cultural and people-to-people exchanges. Sustaining this progress requires not only effective institutions and ideas, but also professionals who understand the priorities of our countries and are ready to carry this work forward. This is where experience and networks of graduates of the BRICS International School can make a difference.
I wish all graduates every success in their future endeavours. May the School continue to bring people together, inspire new ideas and contribute to stronger and more practical cooperation among BRICS countries for many years to come.
