A woman’s perspective on leadership naturally broadens the range of management approaches. The agendas of BRICS and the International Women’s Financial Forum share a common priority: developing solutions that respond to people’s real needs while drawing on professional expertise. This is how we create the conditions for successfully launching cross-border initiatives and achieving sustainable results.
